Faculty for the Program
Santhosh Babu is the Managing Director of OD Alternatives and Founder of Orglens, India’s first company dedicated to mapping organizational social networks to drive culture, collaboration, and performance. A dynamic facilitator with a strong stage presence, Santhosh blends deep expertise with engaging delivery to inspire meaningful transformation. With over 26 years of experience and 300+ global clients, he is a trusted advisor to CXOs on culture change, leadership, and organizational transformation.
Sushmita facilitates leadership alignment and curates leadership journeys to strengthen organisational culture. She is a co-program director and visiting faculty at IIM-B’s Executive Education Program for Leadership programs on ‘Influencing’ and ‘Workplace Conflict’. For over a decade, she was the lead trainer for a UN-certified advanced facilitation training program at a US-headquartered UN-partner organisation and has trained diverse professionals from across the globe in the art of facilitation.
Rafael Tyszblat, Director of Innovation and Design at Soliya and President of Connecting Actions, designs and leads transformative programs that support individuals and groups in navigating complex group dynamics. Grounded in neuroscience, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and person-centered approaches, Rafael’s facilitation style fosters deep reflection, empathy, and conscious engagement with difference—creating opportunities for meaningful growth for all involved. He brings over 20 years of international experience in conflict resolution, inter-identity dialogue, and mediation across cultural, religious, organizational, and social contexts.
Ashita is a seasoned Leadership Consultant and Coach with over 20 years of global experience. She operates at the intersection of business strategy and human potential, with deep expertise in leadership development, succession planning, women’s empowerment, high-performance teams, culture transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Ashita has held senior roles at renowned organizations such as Oracle and Dale Carnegie, and has led numerous leadership and talent development initiatives across corporate, academic, and government sectors. Certified in DISC, 360Degree and Emotional Intelligence, she brings a unique blend of empathy, insight, and authenticity to every engagement, driving meaningful and sustainable leadership transformation.
Shijin Sreeraman is a Leadership Consultant with more than 15 years of experience, who works in the space of Team Alignment, Culture Transformation, Leadership Development, High Performance Teams, Organizational Effectiveness, Large Group Intervention & Facilitation etc. He is an alumni from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) with a Gold Medal in Organization Development & Change studies. He is also a Lead Faculty for ODA’s ODCP certification program. He is also an ardent follower & proponent of Applied Jungian Psychology, culture and Leadership studies. He works with BFSI, Manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, Alco-Bev.
Charles-Louis de Maere is a seasoned facilitator known for designing highly participative, practice-based learning experiences—both online and in person. He brings a unique focus on Visual Thinking, helping participants make ideas tangible through drawings that build shared understanding. With a passion for storytelling and experiential learning, Charles-Louis creates spaces where people connect deeply and learn by doing. His sessions are energizing, reflective, and rooted in the power of visuals to transform facilitation.

  • Non - refundable payment by cheque/DD of Rs. 49,000 + 18% Taxes favoring "OD Alternative Consultancy Pvt. Ltd." at the time of registration.
  • The fee includes accommodations during in-person workshop. However travel to the in-person workshop is not included and is met by the learner themselves.
